The Nourished Mother Yoga Course

Meeting every Tuesday at 1 pm for one hour at The Ancient Art Studio 180 The Strand (upstairs), Whakatāne.

Casual spots are welcome at $22 per session.

Learn the basics of Yoga, breath work and meditation.

With a gentle approach we will focus on pelvic floor function and gently rebuilding core control.

These techniques will help strengthen and soften your body for birth, and help you to connect and regain strength with your body postpartum.

Yoga classes are designed and led by a mother of four Alexandra.

Aimed at helping mothers prepare & recover from pregnancy and birth.

The class is suitable for expectant mothers from any gestation and new mums from 6 weeks postnatal (8 weeks after C-section).
